Larry Roshfeld, an incredible individual, one who has walked as well as crewed in a number of breast cancer endurance walks, has put together this INCREDIBLE guide. I, for one, think it is a fantastic piece of work and truly gives an 'inside look' at these events.

I hope you will enjoy reading it as much as I have and feel free to refer to it as often as needed ... especially if you are considering registering for one of these fantastic events. New walkers/crew as well as veterans can benefit from Larry's words of wisdom. He explains it all, from what you might actually see in your handbook, to the information you wish you knew, but were afraid to ask. From hydration/dehydration issues to porta-potty etiquette ... it's all there!
